abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene polymer composition composed of a propylene polymer with a Ziegler-Natta catalyst and an elastomer with a metallocene catalyst with adhesion of polymer particles to a polymerization reactor and remarkable mutual adhesion of polymer particles. Provision of manufacturing method without causing. The present invention comprises, after a step (A) for producing a propylene polymer using a nonmetallocene catalyst (a), a step (B) for producing an elastomer using a catalyst comprising at least a metallocene compound (b) and a co-catalyst component (c). In the production method, (1) one of the metallocene compound (b) and the co-catalyst component (c) is added in the step (C) between the step (A) and the step (B), and then the other one is added. A method for producing a propylene polymer composition, wherein the step (B) is carried out according to And (2) a method for producing a propylene polymer composition, wherein both the metallocene compound (b) and the cocatalyst component (c) are added in the step (C) between the step (A) and the step (B).
