titleOfInvention Use of a reactor equipped with an Archimedes screw stirrer in LSX faujasite synthesis
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] The following molar composition: Na 2 O / (Na 2 O + K 2 O): 0.7 to 0.8 H 2 O / Al 2 O 3 : 91 to 130 SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3 : 1.8 to 2.2 (Na 2 O + K 2 O) / Al 2 O 3 : LSX by aging and crystallizing a gel having 5.5-8 Improvements in the method of manufacturing mold faujasite. SOLUTION: The gel is stirred using an Archimedes screw type stirrer during ripening and crystallization. The industrial production efficiency of LSX faujasite is improved, and the aging time can be greatly reduced without impairing the crystallinity of the final product.
