titleOfInvention Vacuum insulation
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum insulating material using an open-cell foam with a skin (surface skin layer) to improve productivity of a core material in a vacuum insulation material using an open-cell foam as a core material. To obtain a high-performance vacuum insulation material with little change over time in the pulling time. SOLUTION: A needle-shaped hole is made in the entire surface of an open-celled rigid polyurethane foam plate formed by compression into flat cells, and the hole is covered with a container made of a gas barrier film as a core material. Reduce the pressure and seal to form a vacuum insulation material. [Effect] By forming a needle-shaped hole on the entire surface of the rigid polyurethane foam plate, a high vacuum can be applied to the inside of the core material by evacuation in a short time, and a high-performance vacuum insulation material with little change over time can be realized.
