SOLUTION: A pulse detection belt is manually wound around the left and right of a patient, a pulse pressure signal of a radial artery is detected by pulse detection sensors 2b to 2d, converted into a pulse waveform by a waveform conversion unit 8, and a pulse level adjustment unit 11 is used. The waveform level is adjusted, and the comparison and detection unit 12 stores the pulse waveform and the pulse waveform storage unit 9.
