PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cholesterol in low-density lipoprotein (LDL) which was required in conventional methods, LDL and LD Provided are a method which can be directly measured using an automatic analyzer or the like without a complicated pretreatment operation for separating unnecessary lipoproteins other than L and a reagent used therefor. SOLUTION: The method for measuring cholesterol in LDL is carried out in the presence of an amphoteric surfactant and an aliphatic amine having a carboxyl group or a sulfonic acid group. |
