abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] A method for storing liquor (alcoholic beverage) such as awamori, whiskey, brandy, wine and the like and a container containing the liquor, which ripen liquor such as awamori more effectively and ripen. The purpose is to realize labor saving of work. SOLUTION: A plurality of liquid-tight containers containing alcoholic beverages are aged by submerging them in the sea and storing them in containers or other water-permeable containers. Further, shellfish, seaweed, and the like are selectively adhered to a predetermined area on the outer surface of the liquid-tight container.
