titleOfInvention Hydrophilic long-fiber nonwoven fabric and method for producing the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilic long-fiber nonwoven fabric having excellent hydrophilicity and resistance to liquid reversion and having good durability and useful as a surface material of a sanitary material. SOLUTION: A hydrophilizing agent consisting of 50 to 95% by weight of a sulfonic acid metal salt compound represented by the formula (1) and 5 to 50% by weight of a hydrophilization aid represented by the formula (2) is used in an amount of 0.1%. A hydrophilic long-fiber nonwoven fabric, which is composed of long fibers occupying 40% or more of the fiber surface, in which a polyolefin containing up to 5.0% by weight is contained, and is partially thermally bonded. (1) R-SO 3 M ( wherein, R represents an alkyl group having an average carbon number of 5 to 25, an aryl group or alkylaryl group, M represents an alkali metal.) (2) R'-X -CH 2 CH 2 OH (wherein R ′ is an alkyl group having an average carbon number of 5 to 25, X Represents CONH, NCH 2 CH 2 OH or a direct bond. )
