titleOfInvention Stable solid 2-octynyl adenosine and process for its preparation
abstract (57) [Abstract] [Object] It is an object of the present invention to provide solid 2-octynyl adenosine having novel physical properties stabilized against temperature and / or humidity. The present invention relates to two types of solid 2-octynyladenosine having a water content of 3% or less, and solid 2-octynyladenosine precipitated from an anhydrous alcohol solution of 2-octynyladenosine or a hydroalcoholic solution of less than 1%. For the solid 2-octynyl adenosine. [Effect] Solid 2-octynyl adenosine having a water content of 3% or less is stable against temperature. Solid 2-octynyladenosine precipitated from anhydrous alcohol solution of 2-octynyladenosine or less than 1% hydroalcoholic solution is stable to temperature and humidity. Each compound is a novel compound having different physical properties from the conventional 2-octynyl adenosine.
