A pesticide granule or tablet in which a pesticide active ingredient, a plastic powder having a specific gravity of 1 or less, and a surfactant having a high interfacial tension reducing ability are uniformly dispersed. [Effect] It is possible to contain a high content of a pesticide active ingredient, and even if a high content of a pesticide active ingredient is contained, the pesticide granules disintegrate and disperse while moving on the water surface, so that the pesticide can be uniformly dispersed throughout the paddy field. The active ingredient can be distributed.
