titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of ceramic moldings
abstract (57) [Problem] To form a ceramic material having excellent physical and mechanical properties using a ceramic raw material composition containing coal ash and an inorganic salt selected from sodium chloride, potassium bromide and calcium chloride as main components. Provided is a method for manufacturing an object at low cost. SOLUTION: A ceramic raw material composition containing coal ash and an inorganic salt selected from sodium chloride, potassium bromide and calcium chloride as main components and optionally adding a hardening accelerator and a hardening regulator is preformed into a predetermined shape. Further, by firing at a temperature exceeding 600 ° C., a ceramic molded article having excellent physical and mechanical properties can be produced at low cost without using a large amount of expensive raw materials.
