titleOfInvention Combustion treatment of metal foil coated waste materials for secondary batteries
abstract (57) [Problem] To apply a metal foil for a secondary battery capable of separating and efficiently collecting a metal derived from a metal foil in a metal foil coating waste material and a useful metal compound in an electrode material. A method for combusting waste materials is provided. SOLUTION: A metal foil applied waste material of a secondary battery having an electrode material containing a metal compound applied to a metal foil is heated to a temperature of 300 to 600 ° C. in an oxygen-containing gas stream to perform a combustion treatment. This is a method of burning metal foil-coated waste materials of the secondary battery. [Effect] It is possible to separate and efficiently collect the metal derived from the metal foil in the metal foil coating waste material of the secondary battery and the useful metal compound in the electrode material, thereby being useful from the metal foil coating waste material. Such metals can be efficiently recovered with high purity.
