abstract (57) [Problem] To simultaneously solve two problems, namely, warping and release of formaldehyde due to moisture absorption or release of a decorative board made of a wooden base material. SOLUTION: A moisture-proof sheet composed of a paper layer and a moisture-proof resin layer contains a formaldehyde catcher agent and is adhered to a wood-based substrate. The catcher agent may be contained in either the paper layer or the moisture-proof resin layer. The moisture-proof resin layer is made of a resin having a moisture-proof property, or a structure in which a non-moisture-proof resin is provided with a silicon oxide vapor-deposited layer to provide the moisture-proof property. The moisture-proof sheet not containing the catcher agent can also be bonded to the wood-based substrate with an adhesive containing the catcher agent.
