titleOfInvention Non-asbestos friction material
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To suppress the occurrence of a morning effect in which the effect rises abnormally under high humidity. In particular, it is an object of the present invention to provide a friction material useful for a brake such as a brake lining. A composition comprising a non-asbestos fiber base material, a thermosetting resin binder, and a filler, wherein the fiber base material comprises a combination of a plurality of non-asbestos fibers. A non-asbestos-based friction material is formed by molding a material containing cellulose fibers in a part of the fiber base material.
