abstract | (57) [Summary] [Object] To provide an incineration facility for sewage dewatered sludge that can reduce the fuel cost of an incinerator and prevent environmental pollution as much as possible. An incinerator for dewatered sewage sludge and a pretreatment / drying device for previously drying sludge having a high water content by incineration heat generated during incineration of the sludge are provided. The pretreatment / drying device is connected to the inside of the incinerator. An exhaust unit, a collision wall of water vapor generated during sludge drying, a drainage unit for water droplets attached to the collision wall, a drying room having a hot air blowing unit from an incinerator, and a sludge conveying device provided in the drying room, Part of the steam generated during the drying of the sludge was led into the incinerator, while the remainder of the steam was attached to the collision wall and discharged as water droplets outside the room. |
