abstract [PROBLEMS] Conventionally, it has been difficult to form a functional inorganic thin film on a substrate having no heat resistance, such as a film, because a simple low-temperature film forming technique has not been developed. . For this reason, it was difficult to develop a highly functional film such as a photocatalytic thin film having an antibacterial effect. A high-functional film such as an antibacterial film is manufactured by a low-temperature deposition technique of a functional ceramic thin film by a sol-gel method using light irradiation. Refrigerators and coolers formed with these highly functional films were manufactured. As a result, high-performance, high-value-added products can be provided.
