abstract (57) [Summary] (with correction) [PROBLEMS] To provide a circulating filtration device for removing dust, metal fragments and microorganisms when using oil without damaging the components of oil and water. SOLUTION: A circulating filtration device that mixes a ceramic that emits far-infrared rays with a ceramic coated with antibacterial copper and silver and uses it as an oil filtration material. A method of constructing a processing apparatus in which a circulation path is continuously reheated in accordance with the viscosity of oil during filtration circulation so as to change a contact time and a flow velocity with a filter medium. After the heat treatment, magnets are placed at the center and the opposite side to face the same pole and the magnetic field area is secured to stabilize the coupling state by always securing the magnetic field area. It allows for ionic bonding and particle bonding within.
