Stabilization of bilirubin oxidase |
abstract |
(57) [Problem] To stabilize bilirubin oxidase in a liquid state for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A bilirubin oxidase-containing solution having a buffering ability between pH 7.0 to 12.0 has the following general formula: One or more of the mercapto derivatives of the nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound represented by (1), (2) or (3) are added. Embedded image [Effect] The stability of bilirubin oxidase in a liquid state is remarkably improved, and a measurement operation using a bilirubin oxidase reagent can be easily performed. |
