abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid oxygen-based bleaching composition which shows high bleaching power when used alone or with a detergent, and is particularly suitable for clothing, kitchen use and home use. SOLUTION: (a) 0.01 to 30% by weight of hydrogen peroxide, (b) 0.01 to 30% by weight of a boron compound, (c) 0.01 to 30% by weight of a polyol compound, (d) Fe, N i, at least 0.0001% to 1% of at least one kind of salt, oxide and complex of at least one metal selected from Cu, Co, Zn, Sn, Ti, Al, Mn and W; The content ratio between the component (b) and the component (c) is (b) by weight. / (C) = 1/30 to 10/1, and p A liquid oxygen-based bleaching composition wherein H is in the range of 2 to 7.
