titleOfInvention | Cyclopropylglycine derivative and metabolic regulatory L-glutamic acid receptor agonist |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a novel cyclopropylglycine derivative showing more selective and superior properties than conventionally known metabolic regulation type L-glutamic acid receptor agonists. SOLUTION: The following formula: [However, R 1 and R 2, each independently, represent a hydroxyl or alkoxy group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R 3 and R 4 is each independently a hydrogen atom or a carbon number 1 to 6 represents an alkyl group, and X 1 and X 2 each independently represent a halogen atom. The cyclopropylglycine derivative represented by the formula (I), a synthetic intermediate thereof, and a cyclopropylglycine derivative are novel compounds, and have higher selectivity and are superior to conventionally known metabolic-regulated L-glutamic acid receptor agonists. Metabolic regulatory L-glutamate receptor agonists exhibiting properties. |
