titleOfInvention Electro-optical device
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a structure of a thin film transistor whose surface is flattened. SOLUTION: An interlayer insulating film formed on a thin film transistor and made of an inorganic material, a conductive film formed on the interlayer insulating film, and a flat surface formed above the thin film transistor, the interlayer insulating film and the conductive film. It has an organic resin film and a pixel electrode formed above the organic resin film, and the interlayer insulating film is provided so that the organic resin film and the thin film transistor do not come into direct contact with each other.
