titleOfInvention Method for manufacturing transparent substrate on which black matrix is formed
abstract (57) [Problem] To easily provide a transparent substrate on which a black matrix having a high resolution and a high light-shielding property is formed. SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a transparent substrate having a black matrix formed thereon, (1) a step of irradiating a region on the transparent substrate where a black matrix is to be formed with laser light to evaporate an irradiated portion to form a groove. (2) a step of filling the formed grooves with a light-blocking composition in which a pigment is dispersed; and (3) a step of removing the light-blocking composition in areas other than the grooves and portions of the grooves protruding from the transparent substrate surface. And (4) a step of curing the light-shielding composition in the groove, the method comprising the steps of:
