titleOfInvention | Fireproof coating method |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a fire-resistant coating method capable of applying a fire-resistant coating which is excellent in fire resistance performance, inexpensive and has safety to a substrate. SOLUTION: A hydraulic substance, a water-absorbing resin and, if necessary, a deliquescent substance are fixed to a substrate in the presence of water. Alternatively, a refractory molded product obtained by molding a hydraulic substance, a water-absorbent resin and, if necessary, a deliquescent substance in the presence of water is brought into close contact with a substrate. Examples of the hydraulic substance include cement, gypsum, calcium silicate and the like. Examples of the water-absorbing resin include an N-vinylamide-based crosslinked polymer and a (meth) acrylate-based crosslinked polymer. Examples of the deliquescent substance include metal halides and metal (nitrite) nitrates. Examples of the method of applying the fireproof coating to the base material include a dry spraying method, a semi-dry spraying method, a wet spraying method, a casting method, a plastering method, a winding method, a sticking method, and a masonry method. |
