titleOfInvention | Method and apparatus for preparing electrophotographic printing plate |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide excellent transferability when transferring a toner image together with a transfer layer to a material to be transferred, especially when the transfer layer is thin and the transfer conditions are low temperature or high speed. The transfer layer and the toner image are completely transferred to the material to be transferred, and good image quality is obtained. SOLUTION: A toner image is formed on the surface of an electrophotographic photoreceptor 11 having a peelable surface by an electrophotographic process using a liquid developer, and a peelable transfer layer containing a resin removable by a chemical reaction treatment is used as a toner. After being formed on the image, the toner image and the transfer layer are heated at a temperature (T 1 ) of 3 g · f or more and a temperature (T 2 ) Is transferred at a temperature (T 1 ) onto an intermediate transfer body 20 having an adhesive surface of 40 g · f or less at a temperature of (T 1 ), and the toner image is transferred onto a transfer receiving material 30 which becomes a lithographically printable hydrophilic surface during printing. Contact transfer is performed at a temperature (T 2 ) higher than (T 1 ), and then the transfer layer of the transferred material to be transferred is removed by a chemical reaction treatment to prepare a printing plate. |
