A complex obtained by treating powder with a silane coupling agent, treating with a reactive monomer composition that reacts with the silane coupling agent, and coating with a hydrophilic resin is included in a cosmetic. This complex has excellent dispersibility, is not easily affected by the electrolyte, and the cosmetic containing it does not aggregate. |
