abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic recording coating liquid of excellent quality by preventing deterioration of quality (dispersion degree) such as re-aggregation due to heat generated during dispersion of a solid lubricant and improving productivity of dispersion processing. To form SOLUTION: A solid lubricant and a dispersant together with two or more ultrasonic dispersers connected in series at a flow rate such that the average ultrasonic irradiation time per unit is 1 to 20 seconds. A method for preparing a magnetic recording coating solution, which comprises subjecting the dispersion to a dispersion treatment and diluting the dispersion. |
