abstract (57) [Abstract] [Problem] Inflator gas generating agent, propellant, crushing agent, Exothermic agents, explosives, etc. lower their combustion temperature, reduce their strong explosive power, blast, etc. as much as possible, and at the same time suppress their strong explosive power, blast, etc., but their original purpose is effectively fulfilled. It is an object to provide an energy material processing structure. SOLUTION: At least one kind selected from an inflator gas generating agent, a propellant, a crushing agent, an exothermic agent, and an explosive is provided by interposing a high water-absorbing polymer material sufficiently absorbing water in a high water-absorbing polymer. An energy substance is filled in a filling container, a crushing hole or a blasting hole, for example, the energy substance is interposed in a high water content polymer material around, or the high water content is high near the center of the filling of the energy substance. An energy material processing structure having a structure in which a molecular substance is interposed or a structure in which the high water content polymer substance is interposed between a filling of an energy substance and the filling container.
