abstract (57) [Problem] Conventionally, a partition plate and a spacing plate are bonded by an adhesive, so that bonding is troublesome, and a softening temperature of a porous material of a base material of the spacing plate and a thin film are close to each other. However, there is a problem that it is difficult to form a ridge for maintaining an interval during heat fusion. SOLUTION: A spacing plate 3 for forming and holding respective flow paths 4a, 4b of a heat exchanger 1 for exchanging heat between a primary flow path 4a and a secondary flow path 4b is provided with a fiber 8 having a high softening point and a fiber 8 having a high softening point. A raw material made by mixing a resin 9 having a softening point lower than the softening point is used.
