(57) Abstract: Provide a compatible surface finish product and a method for manufacturing the product. The product comprises a nonwoven three-dimensional lofty web of fiber (12) and a stretch resistant having a first and second major surface having a first major surface disposed along one major surface of the web (12). A porous porous reinforced fabric (14), a layer (16) coated with a polymer and having a flexible low friction exposed surface (17a) coextensive with the second major surface of the reinforced fabric; A portion (17b) extending from the fabric and enclosing the fiber along the major surface of the web. The method is such that a portion (17b) of the formulation extends from the fabric and contacts and wraps the fiber along the major surface (12a) of the web (12) and is applied over the fabric and is identical to the fabric. A stretch resistant porous reinforced fabric adjacent the major surface (12a) of the nonwoven three-dimensional lofty web (12) of fibers is formed and coated so as to form a substantially smooth exposed surface with a widened spread. Applying a possible formulation (16) and curing the formulation. |
