(57) [Summary] A specially made mold for a glazing module consisting of a glazing (6) of glazing material and a gasket that can be used for glazing of automobiles has a low reaction rate. And filling the polyurethane composition with the composition at a low pressure. The mold (4) is made of a plastic material and has an annular configuration around the peripheral edge area of the glazing (6) corresponding to the gasket application location. With this new method, new window and gasket assemblies can be manufactured at a lower cost than is done with known methods. |
