DNA encoding zinc finger protein, zinc finger protein and uses thereof |
abstract |
(57) [Summary]nThe present invention relates to DNA encoding zinc finger proteins and to proteins of this type. Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of said DNA and said protein in the diagnosis, treatment or gene therapy of cancer. The DNA encoding the zinc finger protein is the insert of the cDNA clone COS AP4-E1. Such a clone is derived from a cDNA library of the cervical cancer cell line ME180, contains human papillomavirus 68 DNA and has four zinc fingers in its exon sequence. |
