titleOfInvention Electrochemical solar cell
abstract (57) [Summary] In order to provide a relatively effective electrochemical solar cell in which the gap between the working electrode plates is not filled with electrolyte, the counter electrode plate is made of a porous, high surface area metal oxide on the working electrode. With a first layer of electrocatalytic material deposited directly on top of the semiconductor layer. Optionally, a second layer of conductive material that functions as a current collector may be provided on top of the first layer of electrocatalytic material.
