abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a non-aqueous battery which is excellent in permeability and mechanical strength suitable for a large battery and has excellent charge / discharge characteristics. SOLUTION: The film thickness and air permeability obtained by laminating a polyethylene microporous membrane having a specific thickness, porosity, average through-hole diameter and tensile breaking strength, and a polypropylene nonwoven fabric having a specific basis weight and air permeability. A separator for non-aqueous batteries whose degree is specified.
