The product is a fibrous material in which a cosmetically acting raw material is absorbed, wherein the absorbed raw material contains an amino group. Cellulose-based fibers containing polysilicic acid, preferably viscose fibers, are used as fibrous material, and the active substance is bound to the material via polysilicic acid. |
