titleOfInvention | Assay method and assay kit for kinase activity of protein kinase |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a measurement method and a measurement kit capable of measuring phosphorylase activities of various protein kinases with high sensitivity and ease. SOLUTION: The method for measuring the kinase activity of protein kinase of the present invention includes the steps of (a) to (c). That is, (a) a step of reacting, in a liquid phase, a labeled substrate peptide obtained by labeling a substrate peptide that can be phosphorylated by a protein kinase with a labeling substance and the protein kinase to obtain a phosphorylated labeled substrate peptide. (B) an immobilized antibody obtained by binding an antibody that specifically binds to a phosphorylated substrate peptide (a predetermined amino acid in the amino acid sequence of the substrate peptide is phosphorylated) to an insoluble support; A) reacting the phosphorylated label substrate peptide obtained in the step 2) to bind them. (C) a step of measuring the labeling amount of a conjugate of the immobilized antibody and the phosphorylated label substrate peptide obtained in (b). |
