(57) Abstract: A stable complex is formed with a drug selected from the group consisting of DNA, RNA and an anionic compound, and the drug can be delivered to a specific cell or tissue. Furthermore, it is intended to provide a compound capable of improving the translocation of the drug into the cytoplasm. SOLUTION: A graft copolymer comprising a polycationic amino acid and a polycationic derivative obtained by introducing a biomembrane-affinity group into a polycationic amino acid, and a target ligand having targetability to a specific cell. In particular, the following general formula (I): [Wherein, R is an alkyl group, X 1 and X 2 are each a hydrogen atom]. |
