titleOfInvention Cosmetic application base and manufacturing method thereof
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To have a spectral reflection characteristic similar to that of bare skin, to be able to always simulate human bare skin under various conditions, and to be suitably used for practice of makeup, evaluation of cosmetics, etc. And a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: In the spectral reflection spectrum, 500 to 620 Cosmetic coating base with a spectral depression in the nm wavelength range. It is manufactured by blending a yellowish coloring material (A) and a redish coloring material (B) in which the wavelength of the inflection point in the reflectance sharply increasing region of the spectral reflection spectrum is separated by 60 nm or more.
