abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a coating apparatus in which a coating material is discharged without staying in a slit, and a high-quality coating film is formed while suppressing the occurrence of coating unevenness and streaks. SOLUTION: A die 2 having a paint reservoir 5 to which a paint 4 is supplied is provided. In an extrusion type coating apparatus for applying the coating material 4 while extruding the coating material 4 through a slit 3 provided at the tip of the die 2, fine particles of ethylene tetrafluoride are uniformly dispersed in the electroless nickel coating on the inner wall surface of the slit 3. Surface treatment is performed with the eutectoid composite plating film. |
