titleOfInvention | Photosensitive lithographic printing plate, method for producing the same, and apparatus for producing the same |
abstract | (57) Abstract: Provided is a photosensitive lithographic printing plate which prevents a picture frame from being stained with ink attached to a cut side, that is, a printing paper surface, a method of manufacturing the same, and a manufacturing apparatus therefor. A clearance between an upper blade (12) and a lower blade (16) of a slitter device is set between 30 microns and 100 microns. The photosensitive lithographic printing plate is cut into a predetermined size. In the photosensitive lithographic printing plate cut by the slitter, the height of the cut side of the cut side becomes 20 microns to 100 microns, and the burr height becomes 50 microns or less. Further, when the roughness of the cut surface of the photosensitive lithographic printing plate is changed from the maximum height average value of 1.2 μm to 12 μm, the hydrophilicity of the cut side is improved and the frame stain is reduced. |
