abstract (57) [Problem] To provide an automatic clutch control device capable of preventing a downshift operation such as an over-rev of an engine. SOLUTION: When the operation start of the shift lever is detected, A control device for disengaging the clutch between the engine and the transmission and thereafter engaging the clutch when detecting that the shift lever has entered any of the shift positions, When the shift lever detects that the shift lever has entered any of the shift positions, the shift position becomes inappropriate when the clutch is fully engaged, and the engine speed exceeds a predetermined maximum speed. It is determined whether the current position is a position (S210 to S230). If the position is an inappropriate shift position (S230: YES), a warning is issued to the driver (S25). 0), the start of engagement of the clutch is delayed by a certain time (S 260). As a result, the driver can easily reset the shift lever to another shift position in response to the alarm.
