titleOfInvention Dip coating device and electrophotographic photoreceptor manufacturing device
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a dip coating apparatus capable of forming a coating film having a uniform thickness without coating unevenness / sagging, and an electrophotographic photosensitive member manufacturing apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: A dip coating tank 11 for holding a coating liquid and immersing an object to be coated, and a coating liquid receiving tray 12 provided on an outer periphery thereof. Liquid supply means P for supplying a coating liquid from the bottom of the dip coating tank 11 and overflowing the coating liquid from the upper opening of the dip coating tank 11 A dip coating apparatus 10 for collecting the overflowing coating liquid in the coating liquid receiving tray 12 and supplying it to the dip coating tank 11 again by the liquid feeding means P to circulate the coating liquid. Wherein a lid 14 having an opening larger than the outer periphery of the dip coating tank 11 is provided above the coating liquid receiving tray 12, and the upper end of the dip coating tank 11 is projected from the opening of the lid 14. Apparatus and apparatus for manufacturing an electrophotographic photosensitive member using the same.
