abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a measurement method which can simplify the measurement operation of the blood coagulation time and which can simultaneously measure a large number of samples with little error. SOLUTION: Blood coagulation is performed using a solid phase to which sulfated lipid is fixed as an initiator of blood coagulation, and the coagulation is detected. For example, a sample is brought into contact with a solid phase to which sulfated lipid is fixed, and then the coagulation time is measured using the blood coagulation system of the sample. |
