abstract (57) [Abstract] [Object] It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for measuring enzyme activity which is extremely sensitive, simple and suitable for measuring the activity of a trace amount of enzyme. The present invention relates to a method for measuring enzyme activity using a polypeptide as a substrate, wherein the substrate is bound to a fluorophore dye, and is characterized by using isoelectric focusing by fluorescence detection. This is a method for measuring enzyme activity.
