Method for producing nitrilase [Effect] By coexisting a gene encoding the present regulatory factor and a nitrilase gene containing a promoter region in a host bacterium, nitrilase can be produced. In addition, the use of the present regulatory gene and the nitrilase gene promoter makes it possible to regulate the expression of a heterologous protein using a nitrile compound. |
