abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial packaging material comprising a thermoplastic resin and a specific antibacterial agent and having excellent extrusion processability, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: Extrusion processing in which less than 10 parts by weight of a liquid auxiliary and 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin contain 0.05 to 1.50 parts by weight of a (poly) glycerin fatty acid ester of a fatty acid having 6 to 10 carbon atoms. A hydrophilic / lipophilic balance (HLB) in the range of 5.5 to 8 as an additive in an antibacterial packaging material and a vinylidene chloride-based resin having excellent hydrophilicity, and a (poly) glycerin having 6 to 10 carbon atoms of a fatty acid. The antibacterial packaging material containing the fatty acid ester and the molten resin are extruded into a cylindrical shape with an annular die to form a pre-cylindrical molded product, cooled, and then stretched from the pre-cylindrical molded product. In the manufacturing method, in the section until the preliminary cylindrical molded body is stretched through the die outlet, A method for producing an antibacterial resin film, characterized in that the inside of a preliminary cylindrical molded body is coated with a coating solution containing an antibacterial agent.
