titleOfInvention Method and apparatus for treating organic waste
abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] There is a need for structure selection, installation space, and addition of fermentative bacteria for each lot. SOLUTION: A fermenter is arranged in an upper stage, a fermenter and a drying tank are connected to each other, and the fermenter and the drying tank are connected by an opening provided with a shutter, and a projecting dam is formed on a periphery of the opening. In addition to facilitating the fermentation treatment and the drying treatment, the installation space is reduced, and further, a part of the fermentation treatment product is left at the jetty, so that the next addition of fermentation bacteria is not required.
