titleOfInvention Precision casting method and trial production method for metal products
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a precision casting method which has excellent reproducibility and can reduce the labor and time for forming a mold. SOLUTION: In the precision casting method of the present invention, first, a runner 5 made of a foamed resin is attached to a resin model 9 to produce a mold assembly. Next, on the surface of the obtained mold assembly, A mold 1 made of plaster for a mold is formed. Next, the mold assembly in the mold is dissolved and removed using an organic solvent. afterwards, The mold 1 is fired, a molten metal is poured into the mold, and the mold is separated to take out a casting. Since most of the volume of the foamed resin is air, the foamed resin is melted and removed within a short time when it comes into contact with an organic solvent.
