SOLUTION: A plasmid which imparts endosialidase-producing ability to a host, wherein a SmaI site of a restriction site is incorporated with a DNA fragment carrying genetic information involved in bacteriophage endosialidase production, and a plasmid comprising such a plasmid Prepared using restriction enzymes, Method for preparing by recombination, extraction, and Escherichia coli D capable of producing a microorganism, endosialidase H5α (pSD18) and a method for producing endosialidase and sialic acid trimer using the same.
