SOLUTION: In the composition comprising a thermoplastic resin, a pressure-sensitive adhesive and a tackifier, the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the tackifier is incompatible with the thermoplastic resin, and at least the tackifier is liquid at room temperature, A resin composition for an adhesive film comprising 100 parts by weight, 0.01 to 3 parts by weight or less of an adhesive and a tackifier, respectively.
