titleOfInvention Dechlorination of resin waste
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly practical method for dechlorinating resin waste material, which can remove chlorine from waste material containing chlorine without generating hydrogen chloride gas. SOLUTION: The method comprises a step of adding a basic compound to a chlorine-containing resin waste material and melt-kneading the same, and a step of treating the kneaded product in water in a subcritical or critical state.
