titleOfInvention Waterproof structure of housing
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To increase the waterproofness and tensile holding force of a housing and reduce the number of manufacturing steps. An end of a lead (3) and an end of a wire (2) are connected and fixed to a connector (1), and the lead (3) and the wire (2) are electrically connected. A self-bonding tape 4 is stuck around the connector 1, the lead 3 and the wire 2 so as to protrude from the housing 5. This connector 1 is a housing 5, the lead 3 and the wire 2 are arranged on the lower surface 562 of the insertion hole 56 and the lower surface 552 of the insertion hole 55, respectively, and press the upper portion 51 of the housing 5 against the lower portion 52. By locking the locking lance 54 to the claw 53 in this state, the tape 4 around the lead 3 is nipped and pressed between the upper surface 561 and the lower surface 562 of the insertion hole 56, and the tape 4 around the wire 2 is inserted into the insertion hole. The upper surface 551 and the lower surface 552 of the plate 55 are nipped and pressed.
